GNSF at DEFCON 4

I am currently at the GNSF HQ and heading down to the Fleet Admirals office. We have reports that we have set the DEFCON level from 5 to 4. We also got reports that there was an EAM sent out to all the war enlisted members. We are now going to Fleet Admiral Stern to see if we can ask what is going on.

FADM Stern, sir, What is going on and why are we at DEFCON 4?

We are at DEFCON 4 because we recieved a criptic note that may indicate who is involved with the situation in Columbia. Basically its just standard proceedure.

Can you tell us who is all involved at this point?

Really I can not tell you anything more about it, ADM Wallbanger is in charge of everything, and we have been able to decode the note.

You heard it ladies and gentlemen, from the Fleet Admiral himself. It seems like we do not know much of whats going on at this point. It seems that everything is in a big mess and all the upper COC is trying to sort out whats going on.
